One of my favorite designers is Sue Zipkin!  She designs fabric for Clothworks and we recently received her new collection Baby Buggies.  This line really shows off her talent with colors and designs.  The fabric is light, fun and whimsical, purrfect for a baby.  Just using the main panel and adding a small inner border and outer border makes up a real quick and fast baby quilt!   Even the accent fabrics in this collection are wonderful and I have used them in several other projects.  Check out this new collection on our site and order soon because this collection is quite popular!!

There are strange things going on at our house.  Fabric is magically appearing on my steps.  Someone is raiding my design studio at night.  I believe I have caught the suspect but he claims differently.  What do you think?

Lucky us, we live in the Midwest!  I think the snow is finished falling and we ended up with 11 additional inches!  It truly is beautiful outside and it's nice to be cozy and warm inside!  Hopefully we can get out tomorrow in order to start the Stuff Your Stash Contest!!  Woo Hoo!

A beautiful new collection from Wilmington called Poetic Blossoms has arrived in the shop!  It brings a bit of spring to us and even though winter just started for us, we are looking forward to spring!  The colors are deep pink, light pink, a sagey (is that a word?) green and cream.  I am thinking tote at this point but perhaps a Valentine project?  Take a look at this new line and I am sure you will have a few ideas too!

Wally has done a great job searching for his new Weekender project!  He is a smart little kitty and knows that after the rectic Holiday rush we will need a bit of time to just ourselves!  His new project 5 Ways to Fix A Chicken is the purrfect project to work on and just relax!  All the projects are easy and will be fun for you to use!  The apron and hot pads will be well used in my kitchen!  Check out the whole collection in Wally's spot!
