Jana and I had a wonderful time at retreat!  We met lots of new and fun people and spent a lot of time with fabric reps!  We have ordered lots of new fabrics, patterns and projects for the shop!  Some of the items coming soon are:  New Calypso Flannels - fun, bright flannels in pink, yellow, green, white and blue.  Sunstrek Flannels - Bold colors with just a hint of a pattern.  The Wizard of OZ! - great panel in sepia colors with wonderful complimenting fabric.  Paddington Bear! - Cute blues, greens and browns.  Beatrix Potter, the new line - as always, just plain cute!  Red, Black and White kitty fabric (have to keep up with the doggie fabric).  Kansas Trouble Quilters by Moda, New kitty line by Benartex, Wonderful new line by Susan Branch for RJR and more, much much more!   New Charm Pack designs and Kitty Roll ideas,  great new book called Happy Hour, filled with terrific ideas.  More AccuCut Kits to make quilting even easier, several new block of the month projects and more!   I am going to create a "Coming Soon" and "What's New" section on the web site to make it easier for you to see what we have.  Whew, that's the news today!

Tomorrow, November 7, Jana and I are off to the Nebraska Quilt Market.  There, we will be able to view all the new fabrics and patterns that will be available from fabric companies, pattern designers and other creative folks.  We are pretty excited about adding new lines to our ever growing shop.  We hope to have new lines from P & B Textiles, RJR, Moda, Red Rooster, Andover, Timeless Treasures, Robert Kaufman and more!  Our visit will also include a planning session for our first ever participation in the Nebraska Shop Hop, scheduled for April 2008!
