Shipping Policy:

All internet or phone orders will be processed immediately upon receipt.  Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt unless a backorder situation occurs.  Is a backorder situation occurs customers will be notified.  Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped when business resumes.

The U.S. Postal Service (Priority Mail), is our primary means of shipment.  In every shipping situation, both domestic and international, we will attempt to use the priority mail option.  This option ensures delivery of your merchandise in 2-5 days.  However these times are not guaranteed.  International orders may take longer for delivery due to customes regulations.

Sales Tax:

Sales Tax of 7% is included for Nebraska residents only.

Payment Methods:

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Money Orders and Checks.  If you are sending a check, we will wait until the check is received prior to sending your merchandise.  Orders can be placed online or by phone (1.866.422.9292).

Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.  We have a 30 day return policy on items that you are not satisfied with.  Refunds will be issued in the manner of the original payment (check, cash, credit card, money order).  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; and sale items may not be returned.  Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.  All other returns must be in original packaging and in good condition, free of odors.
